The first tool is called Hints AI Assistant, and it's an AI system you can get access to right on your phone through text messages, WhatsApp, or Telegram and has recently saved me lots of minutes from manually doing admin tasks in my life. It helps schedule meetings, take notes, and provide updates by just messaging the AI tool literally like an ultra-fast personal assistant. To set this up, pick the integration you like to use here on the website, start with Google Calendar, pick your messaging platform you want to set up, in this case, let's just use SMS, click generate QR code, and then use your phone's camera to scan that QR code. Once you've scanned it, just like that, I have access to an AI assistant on my phone. Here, I can, for example, send a text saying hashtag calendar pick up groceries tomorrow at 9 am for 30 minutes, give it a moment to process and boom, just like that, it's in my calendar. If you don't like texting, you can even send it voice notes, and it'll recognize your prompt. There’s a lot more you can do with this AI tool, like update documents just by a text message. It’s an incredible tool if you’re busy and want to save time on admin tasks. We’re going to turn you into a spreadsheet wizard by using Formula Bot. Once you’ve signed up for a completely free account, you’ll see all the things you can do with this tool. Let’s make a quick spreadsheet together. Click the spreadsheet maker tool here, input the number of rows and columns that you want, you can always change this later, then it’s as simple as typing out what you want in the spreadsheet. So let’s ask it to create a spreadsheet for time tracking and then click submit. There we are, you get a preview here, and you can go ahead and download the Excel spreadsheet right here as well. To get it to analyze a big spreadsheet, all you need to do is drag and drop the spreadsheet here, then once it’s analyzed, you can ask it all sorts of questions like “which product drove the most sales this month” and it’ll respond with the answer. No formulas and no dealing with a wall of numbers. This is a tool that’s perfect for those who aren’t great with spreadsheets honestly, like myself, or just need a co-pilot tool to help analyze all the spreadsheet data automatically.

Simple but productive one. Kome AI is a relatively new and free AI tool that gives you more productive functions on your web browser. On their homepage, you can add the free extension to your browser here, then you can do all sorts of productive things by just pressing command + e or alt + e on Windows, a visually appealing toolbar pops up. Let’s say I want to know more about 13 lessons from billionaires in this article, but I just don’t have the time to read the entire article. Well, I can just press command + e or alt + e on Windows and click summarize page here, and then it gives me a neat single paragraph summary right in the toolbar. You can even find and extract all the emails on a website by just bringing up the toolbar here and then typing copy emails, and just like that, it's copied all the emails onto my clipboard. It’s a big time saver tool and one of the easiest ways to get AI features right at your fingertips at any time.

The next AI tool is InVideo, who's kindly sponsoring this segment of the video. Easily one of my favorite business and time-saving tools. It’s an AI web builder able to build a website from scratch, add pages to an existing website, or even recreate any website by copying and pasting the URL. To create a website from scratch really quickly, all you need to do is answer the questions here, like what is the website category, choose an aesthetic style that suits you, then add some details about your website, then just click finalize here and the AI tool gets to work in building out your website design. To finish off, just click the edit button in the bottom right-hand corner, and you can make it your own with this drag and drop tool. On the left, there’s loads of functions that you can use here. Usually, it takes weeks to build a website, but 10 Web does almost all the heavy lifting to turn your idea into a website in half an hour or so.

Bardeen is productivity automation on steroids. It’s sort of like a team leader for your apps that you use, and it gets all your apps to work together without your input. The easiest way to use this tool is by using its AI assistant, clicking up here, and typing what you want to do. It does a lot, but to give you a quick example, say I want to automatically extract the comments from one of my YouTube videos. I’ll type in here “save YouTube comments to document,” then it will create the automatic workflow, and all I need to do is confirm it, and then all the YouTube comments appear in the dock it’s created. You can get this AI tool to do so many things, from downloading and organizing LinkedIn profiles to even having certain apps and notes open up just before a meeting. It does take some time to set up, but once it’s all set up, it’s an AI tool that’s all about saving your time and automating your workflow.

The next AI tool you’ll love is Rezi Builder, and it’s an automatic resume builder built on ChatGPT. This one comes in clutch for students or anyone looking to make a job change and needs to update an ancient resume. I remember taking hours and hours writing up my resume back when I was working in a corporate office, and I wish I had this tool back then. So instead of building a resume from scratch, this tool asks you simple questions, like what was your previous job title, and then from that sort of information that you input in, it will generate a professional dot point and a ready-to-use resume based on your job experience. It’s even able to create custom cover letters and resignation letters, so you can both enter and exit companies in a breeze.

So almost everyone knows about Adobe, and they’ve recently launched their generative AI engine called Firefly. Now we’re able to do some crazy things that we weren’t previously able to, or at least it would have taken hours and hours to do manually. Things like digital upscaling of blurry images and extending images with a single click of a button. To take advantage of Adobe Firefly, all you need is an Adobe account or a free trial, then upgrade to Photoshop beta, and then in here we can do a ton of new things with generative AI tech. Let me show you. We have a really simple photo here, and if we click on the truck here, we can click generate fill, and then I can literally turn it green by typing out “turn truck green,” click generate, and straight away, the truck has turned green. Let’s go a little more crazy and select the sky and let’s change the sky into the northern lights. So let’s type in “add Northern Lights,” click generate, and that’s a pretty decent job. There’s even variations over here that you can change to depending on what type of look you want to go for. And we can even select a certain area of the image and add objects. So let’s add a moon, click generate, and as you can see, I’ve added a moon, and it’s essentially gone from this image to this one here. So as you can see, zero skill was required there to create some amazing visuals. Adobe is doing some incredible things in the AI space, and Photoshop beta is just the start.

Moving on to the last tool, this one’s a fun one I’ve been using, and it’s called Playform Facemix. This is a face editing AI tool that has a scary amount of customization. It’s a cool tool to play around with and adjust so many different facial features realistically. So I’ve added in an image of Elon Musk, and you can see all the attributes that we can edit. Let’s just add some weight to his face and let’s see what happens, and you can see there’s definitely some more weight in his cheeks and chin now. Let’s add some under eye bags because, you know, he’s been working quite a lot, and then let’s add some bangs to his face as well, also his hair I should say. And you can start to see that this starts to look quite different. So let’s remove the smile from his face, and you can see it does a pretty good job adding or removing certain attributes to the entire face. So yeah, like this is a pretty fun tool to play with if you want to just play with a photo of your own face or you’re able to even merge different faces together. I think it’s a pretty fun tool to play around with, just to see how generative AI works.

The first tool is called PDF GPT and it creates instant summaries, insights, and notes for any PDF. This is a simple interface and all you need to do is drag and drop the PDF to get started. Once it's analyzed, it will immediately give you a summary of the PDF, which is actually really accurate. Then you can ask PDF GPT questions about the stories. So, for example, maybe it's a long story and I just want to know how it ends. I'll just ask, "how does the story end?" and just like that, it'll give me the story ending, even filled with references to the PDF itself. You can even ask very specific questions like, "how long has Mrs. Tabor been married?" and just like that, we've got the answer. This tool is amazing for students or anyone needing to analyze a big PDF document without syncing your own hours into analyzing the PDF.

We're going to turn Zoom meetings or any video meetings into notes and insights using something called Parrot AI. Here I am on the website, and after signing up for a free account, Parrot AI can start to summarize your meetings in real time and save you a lot of time and potentially even money. You can either use existing video or audio meetings, and even add Parrot AI into a live or an upcoming call by giving it the meeting URL or inviting it as an attendee. Let's just say I finished up my Zoom meeting that I had recorded. I have the audio file and I want it all summarized to send to my client. I'll take the audio file here and then upload it. This file is an actual Zoom call I had with a client of mine, and once it's uploaded and analyzed, I'll get a custom summary that I can copy and paste to my client right here. If you're looking to dive even deeper into the call, you can click into the recording and click this button here "ask chat Ai" and ask any questions about the meetings and have it answered. I can also choose to send this entire transcription in the audio file directly in Parrot AI to whoever needs it. This is pretty cool stuff, right? And you can imagine just how much time it might save you. Just be careful though when you upload into Parrot AI; it's probably a good idea to avoid sharing confidential meetings and information.

Another favorite. Adobe Enhance unlocks the potential from any microphone by enhancing your voice and removes all unwanted noise to turn any ordinary audio clip into audio that sounds as if it was recorded in a professional studio. I was skeptical at first, but after a few uploads, the result is truly incredible. Let's step out of the studio here and into a larger room that's usually pretty echoey and give this a real test. So, in this larger room, you can probably tell that the audio quality isn't that great, but with Adobe Enhance and applying AI to this audio, just like that, this sounds like I'm now recording in a studio with foam panels and a better microphone, even though this is a relatively affordable microphone. It's amazing, and you need to give this one a try. You can even give it a go with just a mobile phone. It's currently completely free to use with an Adobe account, and it's really simple to use. You just need to drag and drop your audio file right into the browser here, and that's it. It's the easiest way to get studio-quality audio.

Perplexity AI is one of my favorite tools right now. It's an AI-powered search engine that will transform the way you get answers, and I've been using it to run research, write emails, and even to write some code. It works by combining ChatGPT and Microsoft Bing together to answer just about any question with detailed answers, even with references. I've used this tool a lot when I need an accurate answer with links to the references. So, for example, I can ask it, "what is the best time of the year to visit Canada?" and not only will it give you a detailed, accurate answer, but it shows citations to where it sourced the answers and really related content in case you want to read more or cite the sources in your own work. You can even ask it to draft emails for you, so let's just say I want to work at Tesla. I'll ask Perplexity to write this email to Tesla for me, and then after asking that question and waiting for a moment, voila, immediately it comes up with an actually pretty decent email pitch. It also even writes code better than I ever will. If I type in "Python code for generating a grid of cells as a geodata frame," it will give me back multiple completely usable lines of code.

Stable Diffusion is hands down one of the easiest-to-use image AI tools and lets you create masterpieces with really simple sentences. The best part of this tool is it's completely free, and you're able to use it on the homepage of Stable Diffusion, so no apps, sign-ups, or Discord server setup required. If you go to their website here and then scroll down, you'll see the prompt box. Let's go ahead and give it a test and see what comes out. As you can see, it's incredible in what it returns. It's pretty hilarious, and the world's a limit with these prompts. As an additional follow-up test, let's enter something a bit more sophisticated, like "Legend of Zelda portrait, detailed oil painting, 8K." So, once it's rendered, as you can see, this is a lot more detailed, a questionable depiction of Link here, but you know, it's still pretty worthy of having fun with and using it for illustrations or articles or whatnot. There are artists out there using these tools to create insane pieces of artworks, and it's a great way to add images to articles, projects, websites, or just to have fun with.

Speaking of images, the next tool is Magic Eraser, and this quickly erases just about anything out of an image that you might not want there. This is something you can do on Photoshop if you know how to use the tool, but it can be time-consuming. So, Magic Eraser just makes this process an absolute breeze with AI. So, head over to the Magic Eraser website, link in the description, and then drag and drop your photo here. Let's take this photo here of my current lounge room, and let's say I want to get rid of the newly mounted TV in this video for whatever reason. Go ahead and just highlight the TV with the brush, and then once it's all highlighted, then click "erase," and then boom, it's pretty quick, and it's completely disappeared, and it's done an amazing job. It's literally as if the TV was never there in the first place.

An AI-powered presentation builder. I have spent literally weeks, hours and hours and hours on PowerPoint creating presentation slides, and Tome gives me back those hours because it natively uses ChatGPT-3 and DALL-E to create engaging presentations with a single sentence output. So, whether you're creating a presentation for a school project or creating a business proposal, Tome makes it incredibly easy. So, say I'm presenting a webinar about a beginner's guide to creating Facebook ads in 2023. So, rather than starting from a blank page, I can just type into the Tome tool "how to create a Facebook ad in 2023," and within a minute or so, it'll generate a beautiful presentation and give me something to work with rather than starting from a blank canvas, which is so incredibly useful. All this information here is sourced via ChatGPT-3, so it's quite accurate, and the photos are created by DALL-E, so all presentations are unique, I believe. Of course, I'd go through this and make it my own and add to it, so it becomes my own presentation. That's easy to do because it's a great presentation builder in itself with simple-to-use drag-and-drop tools and beautiful templates to pull from as well in case you get creatively stuck.

Prime Voice AI is the easiest way to narrate just about anything from creating audiobooks to having audio versions of your blog posts that you can insert into your website. It's another ready-to-use tool right here on the homepage. As you can see here, all you need to do is type out the text you want to narrate.

Moving on to the last tool, which I've been using recently for home interior upgrades, which is Interior AI. It's great if you want to see what you can do with your space or to improve it. So all you need to do is drag and drop a photo of your space you want to decorate or redesign, and Interior AI will handle the rest for you. Then you can see that it does all the job for you, and then renders out some pretty decent results and some interesting ideas for you to get brainstorming with your interiors. It's just so much easier than using software like AutoCAD or something like that. This is just another tool that saves you a lot of time yet gives you a lot of ideas.
